I have been interested in photography for a long time. However, other priorities were always before photography. In 2008 I finally bought my first “serious” camera, a Canon SX20 bridge camera. The image quality was not that good considering my current needs, however, for a someone just getting started with photography it was enough.  In 2011 I took the next step and decided to buy my first DSLR camera and started studying photography by myself.

In 2012 I started to identify my style of photography, this process happened naturally as my interest on learning more about some specific photographers has increased, particulary great names from the past. The fact of how simple photographs from artists from the last century can be and what they achieved without the technology from modern cameras amazes me.

Like a lot of photographers, with time I replaced my DSLR by a smaller camera, in my case a Leica M7. It was nice to use a film only camera for some time. The experience of using a rangefinder was very pleasant to me, since then I keep using Leica rangfinders, this is where my heart is.
